How do I add a user

New users can only be added by an admin. If you are not the admin for your group, please contact them. Follow these steps to add a new user.

  1. Open the Instatrack app and login from an admin account.
  2. From the Menu, choose Users.
  3. Tap on (+) sign at the bottom.

Next choose from one of the following cases.

  1. Case 1. If the user has already registered on Instatrack app or website, enter user's existing email address and leave the password fields blank and tap on 'Add User'
  2. Case 2. If the user is new to Instatrack, enter user's email address and a new password for the user and then tap on 'Add User'. User will receive a confirmation email, if successfully added.
