How do I add a user
New users can only be added by an admin. If you are not the admin for your group, please contact them. Follow these steps to add a new user.
- Open the Instatrack app and login from an admin account.
- From the Menu, choose Users.
- Tap on (+) sign at the bottom.
Next choose from one of the following cases.
- Case 1. If the user has already registered on Instatrack app or website, enter user's existing email address and leave the password fields blank and tap on 'Add User'
- Case 2. If the user is new to Instatrack, enter user's email address and a new password for the user and then tap on 'Add User'. User will receive a confirmation email, if successfully added.
